These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Posinnove platform (the "Platform"), including any websites ( https://www.posinnove.com/ ), mobile applications, or other online services or features offered by Posinnove (collectively, the "Services"). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSINNOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF POSINNOVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Posinnove regarding your use of the Services.
